Design and Approval

We will provide a digital proof of your coin design for approval before production begins. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the design. Once approved and production has started, design changes may incur additional fees.

Production and Delivery

Standard production time is 10 business days from design approval. Rush services are available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our coins. If you are not satisfied with your order due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will replace the affected coins at no charge.
